Guest guest
I had one of those but could not stand the noise. They are not supposed to make noise but EYE could hear something and it bugged the stew out of me. My brother has something called " fresh air " I think. I will email him and ask. He has 3 cats, I am very allergic The day he got it I came to his house and stayed till late in the evening without even having to take a pill at all!! Very impressed! They are pricy but I am thinking that if you had script from a doctor that might be covered. Not sure about Medicare however. Debbi AKA: jetskideb SoCal EDS'er Similar sort of question... .....so what's actually the answer with ionic air cleaners? I have read not-very-reputable (because they're made by a rival) reports that they're bad for lungs. I wonder why, then, Sharper Image got an " award seal " from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and the British Allergy Foundation? Are they industry fronts? Anyone have any idea here? In Houston, air is an extremely important issue, and I haven't been able to find reliable data...
