longer arthritic leg pre- surgery

Hello all,

I'm scheduled to be resurfaced by Dr. Feldman in Englewood NJ July 7. My concern

is that my right leg is about an 1/2 inch longer than my left leg which was

verified by a scanagram measuring the bones in both legs. My longer leg has the

arthritic hip that will be resurfaced. I'm afraid that my current leg length

problem will be worse after surgery (that my resurfaced leg will be even

longer!) Has anyone else had this situation? Does anyone have any thoughts about

this that they would like to share?
