Details are being confirmed for the GETAC EMS Committee and GETAC Trauma

Systems Committee meetings to be held at the Westin La Cantera in San

The GETAC EMS Committee plans to meet July 15 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The GETAC Trauma Systems Committee plans to meet July 15 from 8 a.m. -

2:30 p.m. and July 16 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

While TETAF is not organizing the meeting agendas for these meetings

TETAF has worked to secure meeting space and hotel room blocks. The

room block should be open in the next 24-36 hours. The hotel is

offering a $106 government rate for those able to present a government

ID and $185 non-government rate. The usual resort fee has been waived

for attendees. A second e-mail confirming that the room block is open

will be sent as soon as the block is open and TETAF will share at that

time any necessary reservation details. Specific questions regarding

the meetings may be directed to DSHS but agendas should be posted soon.

The GETAC EMS Committee is looking to meet on July 15th and the GETAC

Trauma Systems Committee is looking to meet July 15-16. Both meetings

will potentially be held at the Westin La Cantera in San

www.westinlacantera.com. The hotel is offering a $106 government rate

and $185 non-government rate. Trauma Systems plans to meet regarding the

Trauma System PI plan and to review rules for Chapter 157. TETAF is

assisting with planning for these meetings and are trying to determine

how many people might attend.
