Guest guest
Thank you so much . Isn’t it amazing how many people have experienced this awful thing themselves or in their family? I have talked to my son about this. We had trouble with him and took him to a child counselor as a teen. He told him and he has also had some sessions with someone when grown. I never told either. I had to let it out to a therapist after I grew up. As for me, I never told untill I was an adult and didn't get help untill the same thing happened to my grand daughter. We might never have known about her, except for the fact that I SAW it happen .....Children are so If your son has not sought couceling yet for his abuse , urge him to do so now. you would be surprised at how many facets of our adult life are colored by the things that went on in our childhood. You can still help him as a Mother now even though you couldn't then...how can you fix what you don't know is broken.
