Nathalie, It is more likely your Wellbutrin that is causing the problem of irritability. If you check on

line for information about side effects on that drug, you will find that it can cause irritability. You

may need to find another antidepressant or another dosage on that one. Please call your doctor and

get that checked out. Plaquenil isn't known for causing mood problems. Good luck, and keep us posted on how you do. Hugs, MM

If I had to guess, the flexeril would be the one causing the problem,

I was on it once and it made me really cranky and tired. Just a guess

though.
