Hi teresa! Thank you for your kind wishes! It seems like you are going through an awful lot yourself! I am sorry to hear about your husbands condition....that has to be very difficult. I have been married just a bit longer than you myself....so that would be hard to deal with...especially since your husband is so young! I used to work with Alzheimer patients(was just a nursing assisant) but I loved them so much. Its harder on the families than what it is the one who is afflicted I believe. (If you feel the need to get help with helping you with things...especially since you yourself have things going on...you should do it.) Just like lupus every person who has it developes their own patterns...so enjoy everyday!! They have alot out there now to help...(((((((((((((hugs))))))) Love from--->Sue
