Guest guest
Hi Sweetie, Well I just thought that I would add my 2 cents on the subject. I get the tingling, pins and needles, and numbness, in my arms legs and feet. The pain is on my behind as well sometimes. I also have had a psiatic nerve problems for a long time, due to a knee and back injury. It just got worse with the thyroid. I get weakness as well as pain throughout. Exercise helps though. Stretching. I still feel the pain, but it is not as bad most of the time. I hope that his helps you hon. Just a curious question, Do you have numbness with this too? God Bless, Love, and hugs, a thenewmarkethill wrote: Cheryl,Thanks for responding about your experience with tingling! How did yours start and where did it start? In my research I keep reading about this sensation associated with arms and legs but my main problem is the buttock area. The tingling sensation sometimes goes vaginally (not easy to talk about) and it is TOTALLY annoying and all consuming. This is driving me crazy. I also have degenerative disc disease but I think they are focusing totally on connective tissue disease at this point but WHICH ONE is the question. I haven't been tested for underactive thyroid yet but I don't think that could cause all these WEIRD symptoms that I have. I am sure many have felt the way I feel right now. I can handle anything as long as I know WHAT I am handling. This medical journey is one I never thought I would travel at such a young age. At least, I think I am young at 46. HaHa.......I am up to 1200 milligrams of Neuronton and it doesn't make the tingling "go away" so I don't think this is the answer either.
