Guest guest
i have thin base membrane disease...it is an extremely rare genetic kidney disease. the only way to control it is to keep bp 130/70...and not a number higher. if i go higher, my kidneys hemmorraghe. gross amounts of protein and blood are put in the urnie....there is no cure for this and it is an autoimmune disease... well...my bp was twenty five points higher than it should be and i have put on fourteen pounds...i have to exercise and lose the weight, do without salt and get the bp down...but i have never been on a diet in my entire life and i hardly know where to start...chippy
