UPDATE On My Daughters Assault

We FINALLY got a search warrant and they DID retrieve evidence from

the crime scene. Lacey, my 7 yr. old daughter, went through her taped

questioning...the DA said he had more then enough evidence to

prosecute the 12 yr. old boy BUT the most this kid would get is

probation and a record (no time would be spent in juvenile hall)! I'm

outraged that this is allowed to happen and NOTHING happens to this

kid. Lacey is PERMENENTLY damaged emotionally, especially since she is

not mentally mature for a 7 yr. old. BUT my attorney is now involved

and we are going to persue a case against the kids' parents, the

County of Madera (for not handling this case properly), the Sheriff's

Office (and the officer), AND the hospital (where the kids' mother

actually works...because the doctor did not do a full rape kit etc.).

I can't go into full detail but we have a VERY GOOD case against ALL

those mentioned above.

I want to thank ALL my Lupie family for all the prayers and advice. I

will still need for you to continue the prayers due to the fact that

we have a long battle ahead. Since nothing is going to happen to this

kid I want this kid, and his parents, to NEVER forget what their son

took away from our lives which changed it forever.
