Guest guest
Hi, I may or may not have lupus, ANA, SSDNA, DSNA, and Sjogren's are all positive. I have no symptoms of any of the above. I've had cholinergic urticaria with anaphylaxis for 4 years. I have a diagnosis of " undifferentiated collagen vascular disease " (doesn't that mean " they don't know?) and have had Reynauds since I was 13. I do have a lot of fatigue. I've been scouring the WEB for information on diet, new treatments, tests, studies etc. I even saw a site that said one girl fasted for a week and went into remission. (Really?) Milk, legumes, nuts will make me have a flare, that sometimes takes a few weeks to put down. Questions for you. Does altering your diet help? What did you do? Has DHEA helped anyone? Omega-3's, flaxseed? Does coffee, chocolate, tea make you feel worse? Does anyone have interstitial cystitis, or an inflammed urethra? Had methotrexate helped? My problem is so mild compared to so many of you who have multi-organ involvement - I appreciate any advise you can give. Thank-you.
