What are the symptoms? No energy, tired all the time, bad short term memory,

hard time concentrating. Sleeping all the time. Muscle pain. Feeling sick

all the time, easily get the flu, or flu like symptoms. Pain in my nick and

shoulders all the time. Knee pain. Tenderness.

Has you illness been diagnosed? No, my mom was just diagnosed with

fibromyalgia

How long did you suffer before you got help? I have felt like this about 3

years

Is there a time that you can remember when it started? yes, right after I

had my tonisl out about 3 years ago.

Some of us have found lack of exercise we are overweight. Have you found this

to be a problem also? I am overweight but have been all my life, have gained

some weight though from lack of exercise.

Are you on disability? no

What have you found that helps ease the pain, warm baths, medications etc.?

heating pad, or muscle relaxers.

Do you have sleep problems? How do you deal with it? Yes, I sleep all the

time. Waiting for sleep apnea test results. Took the study once before and

was told mild apnea (not enough to be givent he cpap machine during the

study) and bad REM sleep. I sleep a lot.

Do you have family that understands your illness? yes. well if they don't

understand it they are at least supportive.

Some have found certain foods causes problems with CFS or Fibro, have you? no

What type of Doctor have you found that has helped you the most? none so

far. Planning on talking to my doctor about cfs this week.
