I have been trying many different nutritional supplements for about 2

months now, and I found ONE that works for FMS/CFS, it's called enada

NADH....I ran out last Friday, the UPS man delivered some yesterday

morning

I realized that i'd spent most of the weekend in bed, too tired to do

much of anything...I took 2 NADH about noon, and was up feeling

pretty darn good by 3 PM.

I almost feel like i'm bouncing off the walls when I take it, but,

I haven't had any energy for almost a year...the directions are 5-20

mg and i've been taking 10 mg first thing in the morning, I think that

this has helped me alot, i'm going to stock up on it, i'm afraid the

FDA will take it away (something that actually works) I am not a NADH

salesperson, but it works for my fatigue--and I didn't think that

anything would work. I bought the NADH from the immunesupport website

(that's where it was the cheapest). It is about $1 a pill, but well

worth it...yesterday, I was running around the house, wondering what

to do next?? I was almost happy! I didn't have that constant

exhausted feeling that we all have. This may be the magic bullet i've

been searching for for 20 years.

I'm not sure yet which supplement i've been taking, but one of them

has helped alot with the muscle spasms/jerking.....not the NADH, i'm

thinking it might be lecithin granules, but i'm not sure yet. The

ONLY other medication I take is zoloft, and a ton of other

supplements. Also, melatonin has helped my sleeping, but not

miraculously. And vitamin E may be helping with the night sweats/

premenopause symptoms....but, I can't be sure about that one either.

If anyone tries the NADH would you tell me how it works for you? It

does take about 2 weeks to start working.
