Hi, here is some of my information.

Age range: I'm 27

Male/female: Female

What are the symptoms? I have cronic upper back pain,

twitches in my arms,but mostly my legs. I have very

tinder points on my upper chest, hips, and neck. I am

always exausted from doing very little or nothing.

Has you illness been diagnosed? I've been diagnosed

with Fibromyalgia, CFS, IBS, & Neurocardogenic Sycope.

How long did you suffer before you got help? I was

seeing a doctor after I suffered a sever sprain in my

right shoulder/back. That was Jan. 2000 and I was

diagnosed in Dec. 2000.

Is there a time that you can remember when it started?

After I injured myself at work.

Some of us have found lack of exercise we are

overweight. Have you found this to be a problem also?

Due to the fibromyalgia and neurocardogenic sycope I

am unable to exercise like I once did and I am

overweight.

Are you on disability? No, due to my age I was advised

not to.

If you are any pointers for others trying to get on

disability?

What have you found that helps ease the pain, warm

baths, medications etc.? I have a wonderful heating

pad, I take baths, I use motrin, advil, and tyl.pm.

Do you have sleep problems? How do you deal with it?

I have problems sleeping. I useally stay up until I

fall asleep.

Do you have family that understands your illness? My

husband is very understanding. My mother, sister, and

sister-in-law on the other hand isn't too

understanding.

Some have found certain foods causes problems with CFS

or Fibro, have you? I notice more of a problem with

my IBS. I should probely *sp* keep a journal.

What type of Doctor have you found that has helped you

the most? My family doctor is the one who diagnosed

me. I had only been seeing him for 4 months when I

started have problems with the neurocardiogenic

sycope. Then he diagnosed me with the fibro after

that. I trust him alot.
