OMG-I was just mentioning to my husband how odd it was that when I overdo

it, I don't hurt the next day, but 2 days later, and continues for about 5

days.

I've already been through denial, grieving and am finally into acceptance, I

no longer hide my pain.

One of my pet peeves is when people say: 'get over it', 'you're too young to

feel like that', 'just do it', 'see a doctor', 'you're just depressed',

'snap out of it', 'it's all in your mind', 'you're making it up', 'you're

just lazy', 'you take things too seriously', 'you need to exercise more',

'you just need a vacation'. If ANY of those helpful hints worked, i'd have

been better 15 years ago, and when I hear them, I get a bit fiesty!
