Guest guest
I wore what the doctors called an 'event monitor' for a month, you hit the button only when you have symptoms. I didn't have any 'heart problem' but inappropriate sinus tachycardia (fast heartrate at times, for no apparent reason). I have palpitations everyday, it used to scare me to death.....it felt like my heart was dropping I LIKE the heat--the upper 80s is fine with me, the humidity doesn't seem to bother me....my husband on the other hand suffers when the humidity gets to 70% or the temp above 75. He tells me it's because he has so much more insulation around his belly than I do!!! I know this is the exact opposite of what most FMS feel. But, I feel much better at 90 degrees than at 40 and MUCH better than at -20 and nothing makes me feel worse than having to dig a trench in the snow to get to my car! That will put me in bed for days. -
