Guest guest
I know there are a few people here who are getting treated for their lupus symptoms who have not been "ofically" diagnosed with lupus yet. So yea, you can get treatment before diagnosis. Can't remember if you said who your dr was. Actually, I think you were looking for one weren't you? Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know that I went to see a Neuro - Opthalmologist Tusday. When I told him about all the symptoms that were from Fibromyalgia,he just shook his head no.Now I am wondering if I really have fibro at all.I also heard him saying something about Basilar Artery Migraine. It seems to be a type of rare migraine instead of just constricting the blood vessels in my head,it acually constricts the basilar artery. It serves the part of the brain that includes the visual center and the cerebellum, or balance center. It seems that it can acually cause "mini strokes".It looks like it might explain some of my symptoms, like the being off balance, having trouble walking and other symptoms that are too long to list. I'm really kinda worried now.Theyare supposed to be calling me today with more info. It really hasn't sunk in yet. Thank you everyone for being sooooo helpful and supportive...
