Hi hon,

When I was taking it, I was taking 400mg as well. It is probably rare, but my vision did not come back. It is still the 20/200. Thats life though. I just like for people to know in rare instances that it can happen. Plaquenil works really well for a great many people. There are quite a few her that take it, and it is successful in treating them. It just was not something that was good a good treatment for me. Good luck sweetie. It will alll work out.
