Guest guest
Hi everyone. I know many cases of fibro are brought on by a huge trauma to your body. My fibro wasn't brought on by a virus, but a injury. I have always worked in the health care field. Back in 2000 I was assisting a woman and she started to fall. So to avoid her hitting the floor I caught her. In the process I severely injured my shoulder. We tried therapy and pain medication to start off with. A month after that I was in a car accident. After the accident I was having chronic pain in my upper back and right shoulder, 13 trigger points, increased migraines. Which were already almost every day. After the car accident the physician suggested I try a chriopracter. The chiropractor thought I had fibro. I started seeing him in April of 2000. I was diagnosed by my physician in Dec. 2000 with fibro. I think so many triggers can start fibro. It would be nice if they found out why such triggers can bring on fibro in some people and not others. I hope all of you have a good evening. ---------------------------------

I was in bed for three days before I was able to get up and move a bit. I was diagnosed with fibro a few years later after going to one doctor after another.
