I'd have your blood checked, this sounds like me, when I get anemic, or low

in iron.

I can't believe you wrote that..I've had that happen a lot. I always

thought maybe it was my heart or because I smoke.

Hi there Margaret,

My fatigue changes daily. But when it is at its worst

it is a killer. It usually happens on Saturday when I

go to the mall. Yes, even though I have FMS, I still

am thick headed and must go to the mall! I'm fine in

the beginning, but after a while, my legs start to

hurt so bad, I cannot move. It happens often when I'm

in the book store (when you stand in one small section

for a long period). I also get very sleepy and when

that happens I get irritable. This fatigue doesn't

happen too much when I climb a short flight of stairs

or walk a straight distance, just when I stand around

without moving too much...it is strange.

I usually go home and just sit around, but I force

myself to do stuff, since I'm a single mom with 2

kids. I have FMS, Epstien-Barr and Chronic Lyme.

Hi margaret,

this sounds very familiar to me. some days, I am tired like I just

need to lay down all the time; other days I am mentally days, and

still other days I can sleep for 10-15 hours at a clip. Recently, I

have also felt the feeling of being sweaty, faint, and shaky after

walking room to room in my apartment. Usually after a couple days,

or a week of resting, it goes away for a while. I just figure it's a

flare or something. Shandi
