Nature of fatigue

Hi everyone,

I'm curious about the way other people's fatigue feels to

them--the reason is because mine has just changed in nature

and I'm trying to make sense of it.

I've been tired all the time for years, but this is something new.

Now just climbing a flight of stairs can exhaust me--makes my

heart labor and muscles tremble with weakness. Yesterday a

fifteen minute trip to the store gave me those symptoms plus

made me break out in a sweat and made me so dizzy I was

afraid I was going to faint. I've been in bed ever since and now

have to somehow find the energy to go to work.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? I have been diagnosed with

lupus and fibro, but never CFS. Before I could force myself to

struggle on, but this fatigue is incapacitating. I'm going to the

doctor, but just wanted to run it by the experts as well.
