Guest guest
Make a cover letter to go with your resume’ and application. Explain in your letter you do not wish your supervisors to know you are looking into the position. That sort of thing is done all of the time. It sounds like it would be a better job for your health. Good luck. From: britlit1964 Sent: Sunday, June 27, 2004 2:50 PM To: LUPIES Subject: Employment considerations There was an ad in today's paper for an education director of the city Children's Museum. Obviously, I'm well-qualified for the position and while it, too, probably involves some nights and weekends, there wouldn't be the day-in, day-out LONG days of having to control teen-agers! Also, I teach outside of my home city, so the 35-minute commute each way every day would be eliminated. Should I apply? I'd like to, just to have options, but I don't want to upset or offend my current principal if the museum would call him. I'm afraid of jeopardizing my current employment! What would you do? -Anne
