Sjogren's, FM, joint pain, sinus question

Out of curiosity -- I am wondering if there might be any relationship

between my Sjogren's syndrome (often associated with rheumatoid arthritis),

FMS, and intense joint pain in knees and hips. I have been feeling quite

good in the past month, but have begun having really bad joint pain, eyes

very dry and painful, and I'm not sure if I should chalk it up to FM and go

back to taking Celebrex, or if I should pursue it enough to rule out RA

again. I do have poor hips, thanks to so many years of ballet, and had a

fracture last year, but this is not quite like that; simply intense aching

with a lot of popping and some heat. Anyone else with Sjogren's (or not)

have this kind of trouble?

I'm also wondering about sinuses. I have now had the same sinus infection

for almost six weeks. I'm on yet another round of antibiotics, but it's

still not kicking it. I found out last year that two of my facial sinuses

have cysts in them. Is this a common thing? What can be done about it? I

feel it might be possible that the cysts are making the infections harder

to treat, but I don't know if that means sinus lavage, or what. I have

never thought they were serious, but I'm just desperate to get rid of this

infection!

Many thanks in advance and best wishes to all,

Em
