I fully understand. For years I drank regular coke in the morning, it was

my coffee. Then for weight loss reasons I dropped the coke for diet

coke. Until this week I had been off the caffeine for about 5 week. But

I've had such a bad week that I'm back to it. I've also been craving sugar

too! I'll will try to go back off it when the Isocort gets here!
