Guest guest
I do read this list but I guess I am a lurker....but in a good way. I get good support from reading here but usually am just too tired to write. After reading the Depession thread and Margaret's (sp?) post....I had to make a response. It was such an eloquent answer and so well considered. She makes a lot of valuable points. As I write this the radio is playing the City of Angels song In the Arms of the Angel. I attended a support group for Fibromyalgia in which there was a woman who struggled a lot with many of the issues discussed in the Depression thread here. She wasn't able to cope and took her life. They played the Arms of the Angel song at her funeral. As I heard it while I began this post, I had to think of what a loss that was. She was often quite vibrant and so supportive of other people in the group. She had a good spirit but lost the fight here on the planet . I wonder what she would say about Margaret's post. I believe she would have been excited to see that someone had such a handle on the illness. We who go about our lives with Fibro each have our own way of doing it. I am especially glad to know that someone has posted such a great testimony here and has shared some very good insight. I imagine it will impact some lives. I had to say that. I know I should have introduced myself first....since it has been so long since I have posted anything. But I couldn't resist saying this. Thanks,Margaret.
