No, you were not overreacting! I

would have blasted them. I think what they did with his meds and the

movies was very WRONG.

they let him watch R rated movies. I asked him exactly what movies he

was talking about and he told us all about the movies Scary movie three and

also one called Bad Santa. Now I have not seen these movies but what he

described along with what some friends of mine told me was some pretty sick

stuff for a 15 year old kid with serious emotional delays to be seeing.

Also, he is supposed to take 11/2 mgs of risperdol at night. When they first

had him start he was taking a 1 mg tablet and then they cut a second one in

half. Last Monday when I took him to the med DR he changed it to a 3mg tablet

so they just have to cut one pill in half and that is it. When I tried to give

him his meds YES the HAD been over medicating him. Also I told him that seeing

how my son is 15 years old I am pretty sure that it is against the law for them

to let him watch nasty movies without having parental consent which I told him

they shouldn't bother asking for in the future because they wouldn't get it. Do

you guys think I am over reacting? I know that I have been very emotional

lately and wonder if I am making a bigger deal of this than it is.
