Guest guest
Thanks to all of you who responded to my questions on the B-12 and Zanaflex. I guess it comes down to what it always comes down to. What works best for each of us. :-) So, I'll give them a try and see what happens. I'm almost scared to try the Zanaflex. I had such good luck with no side effects on the Zoloft, and normally I'm the queen of side effects, so I'm worried I won't get that lucky again. Silly, I know.... Take care everyone,
Guest guest
Good luck with the Zanaflex. I tried this one. It realaxed me but, caused extreme vomiting on the second dose, so I was only to benefit one time from it. B-12 years ago caused headaches to be worse for me. But, I think the most important thing we all have to remember with meds and treatments is that FM/CFIDS is somewhat different in each of us. And each of us react different. What might help one - may not help another - but it does not mean that it is not good acrosss the board. We all share a great deal - but each of us are individual as well. Trial & Error - the oldest trick in the book !!!!!!!!! And in my opinion this is why so many Doc's just don't get it or refuse to deal with it - cause you have to think " outside of the box " !!!! I have been seeing a Doc that specializes in FM/CFIDS. And he even gets frustrated with me - because of this issue of not being within the norm !!!!! ( I have extreme sied effects and reverse reactions to almost everything) Cinda Re:B-12 and Zanaflex Thanks to all of you who responded to my questions on the B-12 and Zanaflex. Guest guest
I went to a new doc today - I needed a few tests run. My doc sends me to hospital for this - so I went to a local one that does blood work & EKG in house. I did'nt feel like running all over town - just to be poked !!!!!! The Nurse asked what if anything was I allergic to. I told her you name it & I'm allergic/ severe side effects to it. She said what about antibiotic? I said they make me nauseated, vomit, and usually sets me up for a more serious infection. So she said what do you do about it? I said simple - I DON'T TAKE IT. What else do you do !!!!! One day these people will get it. Cinda > Cinda writes, > > > ( I have extreme side effects and reverse reactions to almost everything) > > > Join the club. I have a terrible time with medications.
