i just keep mine in the refrigerator...i believe janie freezes hers.

try splitting the pill and taking it. they are harder to dissolve in the

mouth...so i'm wondering how they break down in the tummy. i started splitting

it so my body didn't have to do the work. i find no differene between it and

the armour now.

Jeanne I would give it a chance to work. Naturethroid is the same potency as

Armour just different fillers. I do not freeze my extra, but I do keep it dry

and in a cool room. In summer it might be a good idea to freeze it or if your

house is warm. Then I would put it in a sealed ziplock freezer bag to be sure to

protect form moisture.

I put them, bottles and all, into a Food Sealer bag and vacuum-seal them before

tossing them in the freezer. This not only protects them from dampness, but

makes them easier to find in a crowded freezer.
