before I was dxed it appears that the hashi increased my weight loss. I wish

I drink a ice cold can of coke every morning and I'm not giving it up either!

That's my 'coffee in a can'. I've heard I'm supposed to avoid all caffeine, but

I'm just too weak. It ain't happening. lol.

Just shoot me if I have to give up my morning strong cup of coffee.

I think that you may need to not drink coffee too close to the time

you take your medication as it may lower the amount absorbed. But,

if you adjust your medication by temps and symptoms, probably you'll

end up taking enough extra to compensate for that lost by coffee.

Drinking a lot of caffeinated beverages can be a sign of adrenal

fatigue and low energy levels. People can crave these things to get

energy.

In my book Aspartame is the better of the two evils. RC has splenda

in it and splenda is bad news: http://www.wnho.net/splenda.htm

The best thing to use in my book is Stevia. Even Stevia has a few

problems but since it is a natural subastance used for centuries by

Indians in Peru, I think it is safer of the sweeteners. Probably

sacharine is not near as bad as splenda, either and if I had to rate

them, it would be 1) Stevia 2)Sacharine 3)Aspartane and 4) Splenda.
