Hi:

Wow! It's interesting that it took you six months to get better. Sometimes

in my impatient state, I expect a diagnosis and treatment to result in

immediate improvements. When I read about Celiac (because my sister was dx'd

with it) I also went " Ahah! that's me. " And some people on the Celiac list

wrote that their symptoms were " exactly " like mine. Got blood and biopsy

tests, all negative (although my TTg was 5, normal is <20, meaning I do make

some antibodies to gluten so...). Tried the gluten free diet, got worse,

gave up after 10 days when the biopsy results came in.

I guess it wouldn't " hurt " to try the natural hormones for a while and see

if that helps. Seeing the GP now in a week. I'm back to coughing 'til I puke

again in the mornings, yuck!!! And I'm seriously beginning to wonder if I

have early-onset Alzheimers (I'm only 43) as I can't remember anything, not

LOL. I have a very part-time job that I can't do properly any more, sigh!

BTW, I tried vega testing (muscle testing) a few years ago, and got nowhere,

a few inhalant allergies (I already knew that) but not much more than that,

more $$$ down the drain.

Thanks Cindi and Sheila.

just want to point out that I had that nasal/chronic cough thing going on

for

YEARS....with around 2.5 TSH at that time too. and fatigue and anxiety and

stomach problems.

for me...the nasal/pulmonary was ALL hypothyroid related. it took about 6

months or so of Armour treatment to go away. docs had actually diagnosed me

with asthma too. haha...that was hypo too.
