LOL He doesn't want me to know anything about my own body, just leave it up to 'us doctors who have all the education'!! Ya, right!!!! Anyway, I have an enlarged thyroid but he could feel no nodules. I will have a sonogram on Thursday. He also wants me to have some more bloodwork... here's the list... calcitonin, catecholanines, cbc, complete metabolic panel, HIAA 5- Urine, Prolactin, Thyroglobulin AB, TSH, Urinalysis. He told me that he was not interested in my symptoms, I could tell that he was thinking it's all in my head!! He also told me he wants me on Estrogen and to throw out the natural progesterone cream. Ya, right! I told him I wanted to use natural things to help heal and help my body... he told me I was in the wrong place!! lol I knew that the moment he opened his mouth the first time!! lol So, I will have the bloodwork and sonogram, get the results and find another dr. What could be causing the swelling of the thyroid? I am SO irritated with that doctor... it just ruined my whole day! GGGRRRRRRRRR!!!
