Serotoninand dopamine are linked. If you supplement with precursors

for one, you will depress the other. This means that if you take

tyrosine, you must also take 5-HTP.

For every 500 mgs of tyrosine, you want to take 50 of 5_HTP, usually

tyrosine in the AM and 5-HTP at night.
