Thanks Bev for your very nice e-mail...and I will try

to find that book that you recommended. It sounds

very interesting.

I find now that if I surround myself with positive and

pleasant influences at least 2-3 hours before bedtime,

that I do not have nightmares or sleep paralysis.

Negaitivity and fear wreaks havoc on the subconscious

mind.
