Hi Cheryl,

I watched that show also....I was so interested in it that I watched the whole thing. Forgetting that I had just taken a handful of bedtime meds. One of which is for Restless leg Syndrome, and last night was the first time I had taken it, so I did not know that It could put my legs completely out of commision !!.....I stood up to go to bed and my legs would not work.......I sank slowly to the floor....where is sat for about 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do ...I couldn't even get into my wheelchair. So I wound up scooting on my butt and hands to my bedroom and was able to pull myself up enough to roll onto the bed.I couldn't crawl because of my wonky knee.

So today I have a case of rug rash on my A**......which doesn't have the "Sexy conotation" it would have had in my younger days!.....But I must say I had the best nights sleep I have had in many months......I just have to remember when the doc. says take it at bedtime .....He doesn't mean ,"Take it at bedtime ,then stay up another hour to watch Oprah."

And yes Jeff Foxworthy was standing over my bed as I drifted off to sleep with my sign.

EEK, hospitals

EEK! I just watched Oprah show. It was about mistakes made in hospitals. So many people die from hospital mistakes in the USA it is equivalent to a jumbo jet crashing daily! This one man woke up to find out they cut off his penis! She had a bunch of poor folks on that said frightening things! I hate hospitals. She said he web Oprah.com has info on things to do before going in.
