If it were me I would be willing to relocate at least temporarily for a chance to participate....but technically anywhere in the continental US is within driving distance right :-0 I feel very fortunate that my son's doctor is willing to prescribe it for him here at home and that our insurance cover the rx with only a $ 15 co-pay ! We have NOT been so lucky in the past with out of pocket and travel expenses.
