Guest guest
i think i should compile a list of things that haven't worked only i will be changing my mind i am sure but tmg/dmg just before bed is not on balance working i think what else hasn't worked/ tmg/dmg replacing msm... don't think dmso is 100% a good idea either, it has a place but to be converted to msm is an oxidising reaction... dropping no fenol.... minimising enzymes... what has worked selenomethionine though 50 mcg a day may be a definite lower limit... not turning the computer on in the morning until at least breakfast is started to be cooked... more omega sixes to balance omega threes from flax seed oil i think, excema went away low dose melatonin... thinks ********************************************************************** ******************************* ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ********************** ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** **********************************
Guest guest
, I found that epsom salt baths seem to do the trick that MSM did...then didn't...but the epsom salt baths work better for some reason. Maybe because it doesn't have to be processed and is simply absorbed? TMG before bed would not work here either because it gives my daughter a boost of energy usually. She is, however, sleeping longer and sounder with her last TMG dose between 3 and 4pm. I give her a whole NF capsul with it-also not a good idea before bed lol. What do you mean by minimising enzymes? Taking less than a whole capsul or actually skipping? I have thought about cutting back (like 1/2 a capsul with snacks) but after reading 's book I'm convinced the enzymes are good for the body even if they aren't working on food. In other words, that " extra " enzymes aren't wasted. My husband recently started taking Peps to try and help his joint pains and I told him he should take one in between meals as well so maybe it will help more with the inflamation. - -- In @y..., " andrew " <alevin@i...> wrote: > i think i should compile a list of things that haven't worked only i > will be changing my mind i am sure > > but tmg/dmg just before bed is not on balance working i think > > what else hasn't worked/ > > tmg/dmg replacing msm... > > don't think dmso is 100% a good idea either, it has a place but to > > be converted to msm is an oxidising reaction... > > dropping no fenol.... > > minimising enzymes... > > what has worked > selenomethionine though 50 mcg a day may be a definite lower limit... > > not turning the computer on in the morning until at least breakfast > is started to be cooked... > > more omega sixes to balance omega threes from flax seed oil i think, > excema went away > > low dose melatonin... > > thinks > ********************************************************************** > ******************************* > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************** > ********************************************************************** > ********************************************************************** > **********************************
