Jefferies is dated with his ian replacement dose at 30 mg.There is no

question that

Jefferies " safe " dose of 20mg is enough to crash the HPA axis in some people at

the

pituitary as well as suppress adrenal function in the adrenal cortisol cells

themselves. I am

hypopit ideopathic 's and my full replacement is 18-20 mg HC, which I

feel fine

on. If you are on a large enough dose of HC for a long enough time you will

discover that

you are on HC for the rest of your life. HC is not something to take lightly.
