Hello everyone! Could someone please point me to a website (s) that would

show me what types of exercises I should be doing?

Thanks! I have been trying to do a little more walking. We live in the

country and I have a HUGE yard. My son and I have been doing that when the

weather is nice.

Hiya Sherri...here is a site I found: this is very simple yoga

stretches...Also, walking and swimming are very good. you can also

do a search for " fibromyalgia exercises " and get quite a few sites.

exercise is really important..as long as it is gentle and you don't

overdo.
