? for the ladies- BCP and PSC

What has everyone heard about taking birth control with PSC? I take

Yaz, not to prevent pregnancy but for other physical symptoms. It

helps enormously, but I am reading a little more about possible

cholesterol effects. Of course I will talk with my GI too, he doesn't

know I am on Yaz as I was off for several months. I went back on this

month, and get a slap on the wrist for taking them BEFORE asking, I

just didn't think about it. I don't know if the benefit would outweigh

the risk, but the benefit is huge lol.

Thanks. I am going to discontinue after this pack, I dare NOT stop in

the middle right before a major holiday lol. Since we do not have a

birth control issue (thanks to my dear hubby) it is not worth the risk

just to alter my mood.
