Guest guest
I am really worried about you Deanna. Why are you getting the numbness and fever. Were you able to get any food down? It's no good if you get dehydrated and it so easy to do when you are vomiting and having a fever. Please rest as much as you can. I was also very happy to hear from Mukund. I sent his a message a few days ago and he got back to me. I'm a little worried about him, work-wise. He is such a nice person and I will never forget how much he has helped me when I was starting chemo. Guest guest
Join the crowd honey!!!! If you recall a few months back everytime I would lay down I would get the numbness, then the chills, then the fevers up to 104. - Did a shit load of tests because all the symptoms were leaning towards endocarditis - had all those fun lovely tests of the heart and such but passed with flying colors - docs are all stumped so who knows why its happening again - could be the pnuemonia, could be the lupus, but the rhuemy is putting me on an antibiotic none the less. Is it an impending stroke? Not sure but we will keep an eye on it - I have had so many that I know what to do - honestly though had I not had that fever last night I would have hightailed it to the ER thinking it was a stroke. I see my neurologist Tuesday and will fill him in on whats been going on lately - Haven't had a migraine in awhile and just figured it was due to the weather but when the numbness and all started I got real scared - It's been awhile since I have had an MRI or CT scan so I will mention that to him to see if he wants to run one and see if possibly I have had a TIA or the such - none the less I am sure he will be up on it. I see the rhuemy and pcp the following week so I am sure things will be happening with tests and such soon enough. Will keep you informed... How are you feeling? The weather knocking you for a loop? We finally have had a day of no rain and the humidity is kicking in again - I tell ya it is really throwing my fibro for a loop that's for sure. DId you get to take a nice peaceful nap today? Well have a good weekend hon... Know I love ya... Hugs Deanna > I am really worried about you Deanna. Why are you getting the numbness and > fever. Were you able to get any food down?
