Hi you wonderful you's...

I've been Armour since February 1st..I'm up to 1.15 grains.. I'm feeling

somewhat better.. but my hands are still cold. They didn't used to be cold and

started when I started having Thyroid problems. Is this a symptom of needing to

up my dosage? It will be 2 weeks on this dose as of this coming Monday. Would

another 15mg be appropriate? Do I just keep raising the dosage every 2 weeks

until I feel symptom free?

thanks so much !

Is there any rule of thumb regarding whether one should raise every 2 weeks or

every 3 weeks? How would I know which I should do? Are there symptoms to look

for or is it personal preference?

thank you,

Robin

Re: cold hands

Raise every 2 to 3 weeks by 15 MG till either symptom free or you get to 3

grains then slow those increases down to every 5-6 weeks.

Watch for any anxiety, nervousness, or shaky hands. If you experience any of

these, and sooner or later you will with an increase, just hold that increase

for a while, unless it is real uncomfortable then reduce it. I used to get heart

pounding and a little shaky with every increase, but within a week it would go

away. It is just a sign for me anyway that my body needed time to adjust. Some

folks will need adrenal support along the way but that would be alot more

drastic symptoms and you will know something isn't right.
