Now, thank you Arne and athon for helping when needed it, and taking over when she needed time away (as we all do). I know, for a fact, that she appreciates you and I'm sure she's been relieved to know that all things are under control with the two of you handling things. Arne, I must say, I don't know how you keep track of soooooo much, but you are my hero! I introduced myself as at the first conference - if I can't remember my own name, you can imagine what the rest of my life is like. :0) (I keep "Post It" notes of various sizes all over my condo!!!)
