Guest guest
I have been reading some of the messages on this site and its so sad that it takes the medical profession so long to come up with a)a diagnosis and b)some useful help. I went to see my GP rhw other day and I saw the look in her eyes as she saw me - I don't think I will ever trust her again to be honest with me. I went to see her because of the joint pains I have been having in my shoulders,it feels as if my right shoulder is on fire and my hips lock up when I have bee standing for too long -come to think of it, sometimes when I have been standing for no time at all! I also have RSD and the overlay of one condition over the other is very hard to deal with. I live very quietly except for my teaching piano - you guessed it from my name!- and doing some art work and journaling when I feel up to it. The list of symptoms is endless, blurred vision, ringing in my ears, sleep problems - I sometimes feel as if I have spent the night floating above the bed rather than sleeping in it.I suffer from a very dry mouth, and it sometimes is covered in ulcers, I can't sit out in the sun which is tragic as we get very little here in England! The best thing is a sense of humour so I look at the joke sites on the net. Lots oflove to you all, sara
