I love naps, and couldn't survive without them. I can lay down, and be in

deep enough sleep to start dreaming within about 10 minutes or less. Since

I work at home, I can do that...usually around 4:30 in the afternoon, then

have the energy to get up around 6 and start dinner or do more work, or

whatever.

My rheumatologist said to " Go for the naps! " , so I'm taking doctor's advice

(for once)!
