shape shooting pains. Also have restless leg syndrome. My legs hurt

the worse at night after I get off of them. I've tried everything

creams, showers, hot bathes.etc usually have to take enough pain

pills to put me to sleep. most times the are fine in the morning.

Driving to work is ok but getting out of the car and walking IN THe

BUILDING IS A CHORE. JUST THAT THIRTY MINITUES OF DRIVING AND I'M

STIFF.

IT SEEMS TO BE A REAL CATCH 22. YOU NEED TO WALK TO KEEP MOMBILE AND

THE MORE YOU WALK THE WORSE THE LEG PAIN IS.

ANY SUGESSTIONS?????????

Hi charles, I'm david, my legs and feet are a major pain problem for me, I

rarely go food shopping or to parks anymore, they start cramping real bad
