Guest guest
Mornin' Char! My hearing is affected, too. I have to turn the TV up almost to " blare " to hear it. One of the symptoms of FM is sensitivity to loud noises, and I am sensitive in general, but to actually hear the words they're saying, I have to turn it up pretty loud. LOL....we're ALL getting older, but I'm pretty sure the hearing thing is from the FM in my case, anyway. Bobbi C. ----------------- >Has anyone suffered hearing loss with FM or CFS? Guest guest
Hi everybody!! I read in several different places that Fibro can be brought on by trauma. Emotional or physical. I had a car accident and have a whiplash type injury. So all my fibro symptoms were brought on by physical trauma. I almost feel lucky to have something to point to. This way I can get the problems treated and it's not in my head. There are a lot of different things that can help the sypmtoms, that can help wiht trigger points and fatigue and all the other stuff. I will not stop trying everything there is to try and different combinations of things to try. Maybe I never benefitted from something because it was the wrong time, too much other pain. It is not unusual for any kind of injuries to take years before the damage really comes out. One of my friends had a car accident in High School. 15 years later she was having problems with her neck and she always said she didn't have any accidents, just because it was so long ago. But a little damage starts to wear over time and gets worse. Have your knees treated like you would treat bum knees. Fibro or not, this might help!!! Good luck!!
