time to increase or not?

Wait it out for another week. Yes the short tempered can be from the T3. It is

your body's way of telling you it is not accustomed to having it. I get real

" edgy " when I take a new higher dosage of T3, not really grouchy, but lose

patience quicker.

The temper thing is an adrenal issue. It seems to me that you are

pushing the adrenals a bit much. This can perhaps explain the

increased puffyness in your eyes. The adrenals control small

capilary strength. So, when cortisol is low, blood can pool in the

lower extremities and elsewhere also, water balance can be

disturbed. If you see black circles under your eyes in the morning,

that is a dead giveaway that the adrenals are stressed.
