Hi Irene;

Glad you're with the us... get this -- the current medical thinking usually

attempts the complicated things first. There's just too

much elegance in using a home remedy or nutritional supplements rather than a

patented medication and a lab work series, with

multiple follow-up visits.

Because of how they're taught, doctors aren't likely to know about the candida

connection to CFS/FM or chronic candida

infection in the ears causing tinnitus. Pressure created by a wet bacterial

viral or fungal plug often triggers the noise. A naturopath

will probably have heard of that, and the Naturopathic Associations also know

about ozone in the ears to get rid of it as they

haveofficially embraced the oxidative therapies and unofficially have used them

for more than 100 years.

A cheap non-toxic home remedy is a few drops of 3% peroxide every day, held in

each ear for five minutes, optionally followed

by a few drops of colloidal silver and held for 5 minutes. If it starts to work

in a week or so, you've found the problem.

A google search: " candida ear ozone " turns up some info on that, and it can also

be found in any ozone therapy course.

But don't listen to me -- http://www.acutcmdetox.com/ozone/cfs2.htm Here's an

article by an M.D. that is picking up on all this.

He also has a list of recommended reading.

It's becoming better known that CFS/FM can be alleviated for many people and

some say cured, at home, with non-medical

oral supplements in a decent nutritional program. It's nice to have your

doctor's support in a nutritional program, but not

essential. Good thing, too, because you may not get your doctor to OK a

nutritional program. Go figure.

best regards,

Duncan Crow (an ozone technician)
