Guest guest
, if I am understanding you correctly......if you have a combo of hypo and hyper antibodies that still cause swings, it's a sure sign that you are not on enough Armour to control those swings. And enough Armour WILL control them. Janie > , > Thanks for the insight. Guest guest
Janie, I understand in theory, but when I increase the dose I get hyper symptoms. My TSH was .01 on 90mgs, and I would wake up in the middle of the night with heart racing - needed to take beta blockers to relax. > > , if I am understanding you correctly......if you have a > combo of hypo and hyper antibodies that still cause swings, it's a > sure sign that you are not on enough Armour to control those swings. > And enough Armour WILL control them. > > Janie >
Guest guest
, what is your morning before-you-get-up temp?? If that morning temp is less than 97.8, your hyper and heart-racing is not due to taking too much, per se. It's due to something else that needs support...and that the extra Armour is aggravating..... Janie > Janie, > I understand in theory, but when I increase the dose I get hyper > symptoms. Guest guest
Lately, morning temp has been @ 97.7. Typically, after ovulating, it goes up to 98.2 - 98.4. But this is with an oral basal digital thermometer, if that makes a difference. > > , what is your morning before-you-get-up temp?? Guest guest
Yes, an oral thermometer is not the best. Can you acquire a mercury glass thermometer?? Then let's look at your morning basal temp, and your afternoon temp, which should be around 98.6 if you are on an optimal dose of Armour. And factor in the non-ovulating days. Guest guest
Yes, do the mercury thermometer orally to get a more accurate measure. And test your temp on the non-ovulating days to show what your temp is (on Armour) on non-hormonally-induced-temp days. Janie > Janie, > I have a mercury thermom, but it is a pain.
