Guest guest
Hi everyone from a very overcast u.k.. I feel as if the overcast weather has lodged itself in my poor old brain, and I am sure that I could be a great weather forecaster as my pain and stiffness get worse when the weather gets worse or when the air pressure drops. i know when its about to happen because I start with a headache and then all my muscles and joints scream at me. I spent yesterday in a total fog and in a lot of pain and woke up this morning with my ankles hurting and lo and behold - its raining outside!! Maybe I could work for the weather forecast team .... Its good to know that there are people who understand and who know what a really bad flare feel like. I am going to have a hot bath and try to get on with the day. Thanks for being there love Sara
Guest guest
I use NADH for fibro fog and it helps. The CPAP has me sleeping better, no longer needing Vicodin or Ambien but my insurance does not want to pay for it since I don't have apnea, just a sleep disorder! yikes! Went to a new rheumatologist for the whole work up for this terrible pain in my joints, turns out its " just fibro " and did I try massage? She offered muscle relaxants or the anti-depressants that I can't tolerate. I just wanted a script for a CPAP and referral to a good PT who does trigger point work. I'll have to go back to my GP. Hope you all have a blast this holiday! Blessings, Marie www.anaturalplace.com ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
for those who have trouble feeling awake or remembering there are some good choices, 1) improve the quality of your sleep, reduce irritants like smoking or alcohol, (I don't do either) but caffeine later in the day. it makes your vessels constrict causing more pain and restricts circulation. that's why they put it in aspirin for headaches, to reduce the swelling 2) drink enough pure water! I have a list on my website for places to get good ones 3) use a PURE essential oil regularly, they take more oxygen to the brain by breathing or rubbing them on plus they carry out toxins 4) supplements like ProvexCV have Ginko Biloba for improved brain function, healthier arteries and vessels and has been researched to help cardiovascular issues 5) NADH, an energizing supplement that is not a stimulant, works with the body for energy and alertness, I have a link on where to get it on my site if you email me 6) breathe deeper and stretch to get the blood flowing or it stagnates. there is also a special massage you can learn to do your self called lymphatic massage to stimulate the stagnant lymphatics 7) take a break and don't stay in front of the computer for long periods, EMF waves are not the best to bathe in 8) music or sounds that make you feel more alive, wind chimes by the fan, bird feeders outside the window 9) and look at your expectations. some of us expect to get more done in a day than people without this challenge, we tend to overcompensate on a good day! 10) detoxify, the Cleansing Trio can help and works better than what you can get in the stores, its what some doctors use and can be taken in smaller amounts to pace the process, it works with your body, you didn't get this way overnight so go slow 11) posture, your muscles will get tight from leaning forward and slumping to its harder to get the blood to circulate, you'll look and feel more tired but better posture can make you feel better, it takes time to correct but gives the diaphragm more room for air 12) and your diet can affect your fogginess. I find that eating protein first in the morning and limiting sugar really helps. If I eat toast, I'm toast and feel so groggy. I eat a small handful of almonds, pecans or mixed nuts even if I don't feel like it. It seems to stabilize the insulin production not to go in overdrive, then I drink my juice, never a sugar beverage and NEVER nutra-sweet (so many studies on the dangers) 13) avoid microwaving foods, it breaks down the protein bonds and your body has trouble digesting the food, it passes without being properly absorbed since the enzymes were destroyed. A study showed the results and can be found on a search. Taking an enzyme supplement like Megazyme will give you the missing enzymes we need for digestion and helps break food into small enough pieces for the body to cope with and not back up into toxins that ferment in our gut or exit so rapidly we have to run for the bathroom. The Cleansing Trio and royaldophilis will help restore the balance in time. this is to help heal from the inside, hope that helps!
