There is a good one in South Bend Indiana. He takes long distance

patients and will write prescriptions for you to have labs done

where you live. He has an initial visit and then you can do phone

consults. He's a nice guy, too. He has hypothyroidism himself. He

runs hromone and adrenal tests. He's a bit pricey because his first

visit will be up to 4 hours long. Tish
